		<description>As a psychiatrist that specializes in addiction, the level of denial is incredible. I have had patients that have suffered pancreatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, several arrests and when confronted about the medical and legal consequences of the addiction will still appear surprised when their family is upset with them.</description>
